Shipping & Returns
Short version: it ships fast, it's free over $50, and you have 30 days to change your mind.
Shipping
- Orders leave our California studio in 1–2 business days.
- Free standard US shipping on orders over $50; $5 flat under that.
- Express (2-day) is $15 at checkout.
- International is a $18 flat rate — duties are collected at delivery.
Tracking
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label prints.
- Subscription orders ship on the same cycle you chose and always send tracking.
Returns
- 30 days from delivery, opened or not — shade matching is hard and we'd rather you loved it.
- Email hello@sbebeauty.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid US label.
- Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
- Bundles can be returned whole or in part; partial returns re-price at the remaining tier.
Damaged or missing
- Message us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it immediately — no return needed.
